Training and development

We design and deliver engaging, research-informed training for staff and students across higher education.

Our sessions are interactive, reflective and practical - supporting participants to build confidence, deepen understanding and take meaningful action.

We specialise in developing bespoke training tailored to your institutional context. For organisations needing faster or lower-cost solutions, we also offer a range of ready-to-deliver sessions designed specifically for higher education.

Cultural competency and inclusive practice

We deliver highly regarded training for staff and student-facing teams, including residential life teams, student services and academic departments.

Sessions are interactive and scenario-based, supporting participants to engage confidently with issues of equity, diversity and inclusion in real-world contexts.

Understanding race and identity

Workshops such as Understanding Whiteness explore concepts including privilege, positionality and intersectionality in a way that is thoughtful, accessible and non-performative.

We support institutions to embed sustainable change through ‘train the trainer’ programmes, equipping staff with the skills, confidence and understanding to deliver sessions .

People who didn’t speak in other training would speak in this.
